Ms. Klochenko graduated cum laude from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO), Faculty of International Law, degree in international private law | 1992 | diploma on private law matter (with focus on the types of international reinsurance contracts, their legal nature, legal technicalities, jurisdictional and claims settlement issues) and diploma on international public law (with focus on international trade organisations and in particular various GATS issues regulation).

Ms. Klochenko holds PhD jur. degrees from International Law Faculty of the Moscow State Institute of International Relations | 2007 | PhD jur. Dissertation on the topic “Legal regulation and models of comprehensive environmental impact liability insurance: a comparative analysis (USA, UK, Germany, France, Italy, Japan)”.
