Ms. Lilia Klochenko, FCIArb, PhD Jur. (Dr.) is an independent international arbitrator with strong and particular focus on commercial arbitration, including international trade, construction and infrastructure, shipping and maritime, insurance and reinsurance, oil, gas and natural resources, metallurgy and mining, environmental, transport and logistics, IT and telecommunications as well as corporate disputes.
Focusing exclusively on arbitration now, she brings to dispute resolution a diverse and deep background, including structuring and supporting transactions, advising on major investment projects across various industries, drafting and supporting the execution of international contracts, developing early warning and risk management systems, including legal risks, early conflict forecasting, and managing dispute resolution processes.
Ms. Klochenko has sat as arbitrator, including as presiding arbitrator, co-arbitrator and sole arbitrator, under the Rules of the ICC, DIS, VIAC, ICAC (MKAS), MAC, RAC, UNCITRAL and other Rules; as well as in ad hoc proceedings.
